Thanks. At the moment I can’t even decide if it’s good or bad. If it goes ahead I have option of applying for a new higher grade job or taking the redundancy. There’s 13 of us in the glasgow office and 6 new jobs.

The new job is more money but even more pressure than I have now, plus it has to be full time whereas I have worked 4 days a week for the last 14 years and had actually been hoping to drop to 3 at some point. So. - do I take the money instead and have a complete life change? So much to think about.
