Best place for salads in the parks?

My daughter is a very fussy eater I was wondering if anyone can recommend some restaurants in the parks which serve decent salads? We are staying onsite and not driving so are confined to the parks and POR.

I love the salads at Akershus. Akershus do a lot of cold dishes, many with fish so for us it is ideal. Most restaurants serve main course salads.The Garden Galley salad at the Columbia Harbour House is supposed to be very good. The cobb salad at Brown Derby gets good reports too.
Seasons at The Land in Epcot gets excellent reviews. Here is the menu: -

Getting to any of the restaurants on site is no problem as the Disney transportation system is excellent.

All of the "salads" at the counter service palces are the same - usually either garden salad or chicken caesar salad. However, Disneys' idea of salad does not match mine - it is usually a whole shredded lettuce, one or two pieces of cucumber and 2/3 cherry tomatoes - liberally doused with dressing
