WWYD - disney/universal tickets and rebooking holiday
Hi,
we have made the difficult decision to postpone our august holiday until august next year... I know that there is a reasonable chance we could have gone this year ...but its the best choice for our family ( son is ASD and its best if he has time to process changes ). my question really is around the attraction tickets.. currently I have paid a deposit on universal/disney combo tickets. I have recieved an email to say disney will extend 2020 tickets until september 2021..but only if the balance of the ticket is paid. My dilemma is..do I pay the balance and stand to lose the total of four tickets if something goes wrong.. or do I transfer my deposit and buy tickets next year at the near price which will add around £170 to the total price for the 4 tickets? thanks in advance for your help and opinions... hope you are all keeping well X |

We have also changed our August booking to next summer. We’ve got a deposit down on Disney tickets and have emailed Floridatix to see if we can change them over to 2021 tickets by keeping our deposit. I’ve changed out villa to next year but obviously can’t be set on dates yet because flights aren’t out yet. We also have a day left on non expiry tickets, so I’m tempted to cancel the booking with Florida tix and use that along with a MNSSHP ticket and an after hours ticket instead and buy universal tickets.
Such a dilemma!

Hi, I’m also interested in this. We are due to fly out on 20th May but I can’t see that happening. I’ve emailed Floridatix as the balance for our tickets is due on 16th April. Don’t know whether to pay the balance and transfer them to next year or cancel and lose the deposit? My concern is whether rebooking the holiday for next year is going to cost a lot more? 🤔
