Totally messed up tickets on MDE

Hi, as per the title, I’ve totally messed up my tickets on MDE and not sure what to do?
I’ll try to keep this brief, my MDE was originally in my sons names, with his email address etc. We were all added to this with our magic bands and didn’t have separate accounts of our own. For our holiday later this year, only 3 of us are going. Today I added the tickets onto the MDE, onto each of the 3 travellers, however, on MDE it has my son (who’s not going) as one of the 3 guests at the hotel and the planning group has my son and 2 of the guests (despite the park ticket not allocated to him)
I want to remove my son off the account (email address was always mine) but I can’t, I also want the planning group and hotel to be the 3 people going- any help much appreciated as I’m just confusing myself and making it worse!

The only way to delete a guest is call the tech helpline. 0800 16 90 749

Sorry I'm a bit lost, you said it was his email address but then you said it was yours?

I'd have probably set up my own profile and added the other travellers and managed them myself but I'm not sure how that will work now that everything is linked. Best bet would be to call them and I'm sure they'll sort it. You may still need your own account though as if you're in your sons, it may not allow you to delete him as such.

Thank you for your advice. After an hours wait on the phone, i managed to sort everything out - I had really messed everything up - but the disney member of staff were very patient and sorted everything out
