Fun Restaurants?
Hello,
My little sister and her boyfriend have just booked a WDW holiday for the end of September. It wil be my sisters second visit as my family all went back in 2008. This will be her BFs first trip to Disney. I'm helping her make plans and trying to think about dining. She had been keen to do Whispering Canyon as we had so much fun there back in 2008 but reviews in recent years dont seem to be that good. Has anyone any recent experience? She isnt a huge fan of the dinner menu but would go for the entertainment. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I thought maybe Teppon Edo but looking at MDE doesnt seem to have any availability due to them booking so late. They are on a bit of a budget but would like to book a couple of fun meals. Thanks in advance! |

Whispering Canyon can be fun. Will depend on how much effort your server puts in.
50s Prime Time is similar Sci Fi / Biergarten are fun You can use the reservation finder on Touring plans for Teppan cancellations |

Hi Alice, do you know if there is a 'best' time to go to get a fun server?
I'll mention to my sister about 50's as has forgotten about it I've read really poor food reviews for sci fi and I think they really wouldnt be keen on the food ar Beirgarten. I'd like to try it though when I eventually get back! I'll look at touring plans as didnt know about the dining alerts, thank you! |

I would guess dinner time there will be more servers and it is louder in the restaurant. They sometimes try to outdo each other with their theatrics.
Make sure they ask for Ketchup and straws We went at lunch and it was pretty quiet. The server was fun though. Yes. Touring plans has free reservation finder. |

I have never looked at Whispering Canyon but it looks great fun. Will be putting this on the list for our mum and daughter birthday trip next year 😀. We are on the ddp, so is this 1 or 2 ts credits?
Thanks op for asking about this, can't wait to try it. Hope your sister and her bf have a great time |
