indirect flights through Miami

Hi,

Does anyone have any tips for connecting through Miami, we have about 2.5 hrs which I hope should be enough.

I had 2.5 hours between flights when I last connected at Miami and I only just made it. Immigration and security were both an absolute nightmare. Longest queues I've ever seen for immigration.

But I did make it. And I think I was probably just unlucky, in that the gate for my connecting flight was the absolute furthest away that it could have been. I had to run!

I think my experience was the absolute worst case scenario so you should be fine!

Think immigration at Miami can be hit and miss have had to queue for 1 hour but last Thanksgiving we landed at 3.20 and were driving out of the airport at 4.06 which we thought was great.

We went through last August, we had 3 hours and it was loads of time. We went and got something to eat and sat for about 40mins waiting to board.
