Car Hire Quotes for 2015

Hi, we're a family of four going to Florida in 2015 and have just had a quote for an SUV with fully comp with Alamo for £380, it would be an extra £60 for a full tank but I probably won't take up the option of having a full tank. Is this quote reasonable as this is our first time I'm clueless lol

How long are you going for and is it a full size SUV or mid-size?

Have a look using the Alamo Brits link: alamo/brits

That was alamo brits and doesn't include the petrol, we never pay for that just return it full.

I dont think you can book with alamo/brits for 2015 yet, they only have prices 12 months in advance.
If you do book direct with alamo/brits you can amend your booking right up until the day before (I think) if the price was to drop. I amended mine and saved around £50.00.

It's just a price the TA gave me which will likely be for 2015. I'll probably book it independently, £50.00 that's good thanks for the advise :-)

I would ignore what the TA has told you, as far as I am aware Hire Car prices never come out more than 12 months in advance if that. Any price the TA has given you is just a quess and not based on any facts at all, no one will know the price until nearer the date.
