Some people just do nothing: Big in Japan.
We were a bit disappointed which is a shame as we love SPJDN, me especially as it just brings back my teen years of pirate radio stations and garage music and living / hanging around the area that it’s set and filmed (Ealing and Brentford) but this was one of those where the best bits were in the trailer and there wasn’t much else .

Another vote for The Batman. Excellent and time passes so quickly, despite being a very long movie!

Death on the Nile, the new one. It was awful, managed the first half then gave up.

Total agreement, it was soooo slow and pretty awful with peculiar casting.

Oh dear. I haven't waitched it yet but was planning on doing so sometime in the near future. I enjoyed the previous Orient Express film, so was hoping this was similar.

I finally watched Glass (M. Night Shyamalan movie) last weekend. I was pleasantly surprised - it was pretty good. I had enjoyed the other movies in the trilogy - Unbreakable was excellent and Split was good - but I got the impression Glass was disappointing so never got round to watch it until now. But if you enjoyed the other two then I think you will enjoy this one. You do have to have watched the others first though.

The Power of the Dog.

It's 2hrs 20 mins long. We managed 25 mins. It just felt very slow and some of the speach was mumbled. Didn't fancy watching it with the subtitles on. If the actors can't be bothered to speak clearly I give up.

If any Dibbers come on to say it all picks up at 2 hrs 26 mins (and that the speach isn't mumbled so it must be our hearing... ) we may give it another go 😂
