Keep checking at regular intervals.
this happened to us in May. FPs not used said expired but stayed on MDE. One day, my daughter missed Yeti ride, when we got back it said that our 4-year-old grandson had done the ride alone! On another occasion, three FPs were listed for AK River of Lights on a day we were in MK! that was confusing. Resort manager had to phone the technical department to reestablish everything we had previously booked

Went in September with the aim to cheat the system at Studios and have early morning ‘throwaway’ FPs and not use them. Turned up in time to use my 3rd FP which would be Tier 1. The idea being that all three FP’s had been picked and I was now free to pick up FP’s as I pleased, one at a time, regardless of tier.

This didn’t work. My two early morning FP’s remained on my MDE until I modified them or cancelled them.

I have a friend who works on the guest experience team at DHS and he said that you do now have to tap into the ride/show for the FP to be ‘used’. In parks that use the tier system, there shouldn’t now be a way to ‘cheat it’ by booking FP’s first thing in the morning & not using them

We were also there in September and were able to book throwaway FP. We booked the Little Mermaid thing each morning we were in DHS and were able to book a 4th tier 1 FP later. It seems it wasn’t/isn’t consistent.

Just when I think I understand the FP system it changes. I'm sure by the time we're back in summer it will have changed again.
