My own fault but worth an ask?

Good morning all and a happy mother’s day.

I had the holiday of a lifetime in Disney last August.

When we came back I found life really difficult as I had just lost my mum ( the holiday planning pre trip was a focus that kept me gonna with the kids)

Anyway I didn’t download any photos. I just couldn’t and today I feel like I have no photos for the kids.

Does anyone know who to contact at Disney to ask? Is there even any point?

They do keep photo pass photos for longer so yes definitely worth an ask of Guest Relations

I’m so sorry but I don’t think they are kept past the expiry date unless you pay to extend. I think it’s 45 days from first use/download.

You could try emailing them, you never know they may still have them.
