Do you have to prebook your Disney park days for next summer too? I thought this was only to the end of 2020?

Then off to Clearwater for 8 nights

Deposits paid for accomodation

OMG you're kidding! This completely changes our plans and needs more discussions. We're planning on mainly Universal, IoA, Busch and the water parks, but some of us wanted to do specific Disney Parks but would have left it to last minute decisions and purchase tickets at a later date... Now we're going to have to have a good think!

So do we have to have a 7 day pass to book the dates we want?

Yes, you will need to face purchased your tickets and linked them to MDE before you can book your park days. No turning up on the day at park of choice or park hopping currently fir 2021. Of course summer next year is a long way off so may we’ll change before then- fingers crossed it does!

No, currently you do not have to book park days for US or IOA

We’ve booked a package, 30th July 2021 for three weeks at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort. So far we’ve paid the deposit with TUI and arranged our travel insurance. Everything else can wait until next year when hopefully things will be back to normal 🤞🏼 We wouldn’t usually buy park tickets or book anything more this far out anyway.

We've booked our villa and Disney Park reservations (which were done quickly and not with much planning but with insurance to cancel if needed) . Hoping to secure a cheap fly drive price soon.

Everything can be cancelled with a small loss of deposits. Really want to see Disney back to as normal as possible first - with fireworks, parades and character greetings. I also don't want to wear a mask as I just wouldn't cope in the heat! So I'm watching eagerly to see what happens.

Park reservations are here to stay, even when pandemic is over ... i guess thats an end to park hopping then.
