So I got my lovely parcel of goods a few days ago and today I have an email saying I can keep the items and they are refunding me the whole order. Looks like they are having issues and closed their online shop - which is a pity but going to enjoy the cookies even more as they are free!

 only took a day or for delivery and everything was absolutely fine. I was going to order more stuff. I also got the cookies

Me too! I had so much stuff delivered- cookies (3tubs
 ), gingerbread houses, candy canes, wrapping stuff, coloured charging cables, tweezers etc, cant quite believe it is all now "free". Nice...

I’m guessing they are having issues operationally so have closed the site down. Not sure why they did not keep our money as was certainly happy with my delivery but I’m very happy!
