TUI cancellation

Hi all,

Has anyone every managed to change a TUI holiday to flights only?

We have a holiday to spain booked next September but want to cancel and use the money towards flights to Orlando 2021.

i have tried this but i had to change like for like as although its the same company they are run as different divisions and i could swap between the two iyswim.

Would it maybe work if you swapped to fly drive?

You should be able to swap to a fly drive as it�s a package, but not a flight only as it�s not a package if that makes sense
