Ticket query when booking a package with Thomson

Hi I wonder if anyone can help, my brother and his family have just booked Wilderness Lodge in May with Thomson including Disney tickets and dining plan.
I have personally always booked things separately and don't stay on Disney property so when I receive my tickets I link to MDE to do fast passes. How does my brother do this, when do you get the Disney tickets? Obviously I realise they will get a magic band once at the hotel but they will want to book fast passes from 60 days before.

Your brother's tickets will be part of the package he booked. He will be able to link his package holiday to his MDE account using the Thomson reference number - this will link the hotel reservation, tickets and dining plan all in one. That will then allow him to book fastpasses at 60 days before he checks in.

Thomson won't send him physical tickets. Instead he'll use the MagicBands he receives when he checks into Wilderness Lodge to scan at the park entrance, fastpass entrance, etc.

As above, the tickets will link to his MDE when he links his holiday, so no need for physical tickets.

It would be worth getting them to check that they've booked the correct tickets for free dining though as for some bizarre reason, TUI offer tickets with free dining and tickets without free dining as part of a Disney hotel package (who would turn down free food?). Earlier this year a dibber turned up for his holiday thinking that he had free dining, only to discover that he didn't as the agent had selected the wrong ticket! Would hate for anyone else to go through that again.
