Help - changing disney tickets 14 to 21 days

I have a booking onsite direct with Disney for 17 nights at CBR. I originally booked 14 days disney park tickets but want to upgrade to 21 days. Has anyone managed to get Disney to honour the price at the time of booking. The price difference was £100 for 5 of us at the time of booking in Nov and they now want £400 extra! Thanks for your help x

Will you really need 21 day tickets? If you don't go on check-in day and have a rest day your tickets will cover 15 days anyway so more spending money! We stayed onsite for 21 nights this year but kept the 14 day tickets and they were perfect.

how much were you charged for the tixs on your booking invoice?

The big jump is probably due to the fact that the 14 day tixs are currently on offer but if you were charged the higher price on your booking you should only need to pay the difference which is usually around £20 pp unless they have discounted your booking to take in to account the ticket offer. They may be quoting based purely on current prices rather than your booking specific details so I would ring back with your booking info to hand and say I have been charged xzy for the tickets on my booking the difference in price between my tixs and the 21 day ones is zxy so why are you quoting me more? and see what they say.

They will honour your price at booking. We did it the other way round 21 days down to 14. We were downgrading and dropping days. When I worked it out I realised I'd still been charged the higher 14 day price. I emailed querying that the offers at time of booking should apply and they apologised and changed the price.
Here is the email address I used. Try emailing them.

I suspect the OP made the original booking before the jump in price to £419/439 for the 14/21 day tickets so now would have to pay the higher price of the 21 day ticket compared to the original cheaper 14 day ticket making the difference more than it was before between the 2.

I tried to do this too and was quoted an extra £460.00 for 3 adults and 1 child. I mentioned that I hoped I would be charged at rate when I booked and the CM said they had hoped that too, but unfortunately they have to charge at the current rate😣

Disney's terms say you should be charged the price it was at the original time of booking when you make any changes. I would cast an eye over the T&Cs to double check that and give them another call.
