Yes MCO to LHR, just went onto whatts app as thats my goto and they are now limiting the times due to demand so you can only message 10am to 3pm or 11pm to 7am so will send one later

Be careful if you do phone, I was on hold for almost 3 hours a few days ago, did get our flights sorted but when I checked my future sky costs today that call cost me £26.20 eeeks!
I know I should have hung up before hitting the one hour point and redialling but had already done that a few times and needed to add two people to our group - the actual booking took all of 16 minutes lol

UPDATE : after being on hold for an hour and a half have spoken to customer service who could not see any cancellation on the flight, this was double checked so they think it is an error, i have been asked to send in the email so they can investigate further so fingers crossed it is !

Even though it was an error, potentially looking at route consolidation? I know they were doing this for Jan dates that I was considering, only the VS91/92 was available. Until non-peak demand picks up, I suspect they'll be reduced to one service for the foreseeable.

Yes i agree possibly this could be it, I did ask and the advisor said there is nothing on the system but they have asked for the email to be sent so they can investigate so i would not be surprised, though when i looked at seats last night both flights were at least half full already.

Yes this is what’s happened on our date they are consolidating 2 flights into one

Thanks both, you were right, the later flight has been cancelled so i have moved onto VS91, thanks for your help with this, glad i didnt take the first customer service assistants word or i would still think it was going !
