ESTA Application question

Hi, where it asks for my parents names, is it asking for my mothers maiden name when it says her Family name, or my parents surname , so my surname, if that makes sense. I should remember this, but I really don't. Thanks

Her (your parents) surname, hope that helps.

Thanks. I was sitting there thinking do I put her maiden name or married name,lol .

Just answer what they were called when you were born. If you are married and your surname is Smith. Maybe when you were born your surname was Brown so assuming your mum and dad were Sally Brown and David Brown that's what you'd put.

US CB&P don't have a database of traveller's parent's names so they don't check anything.

It's pending as usual! I hate this bit

I have to do two for Turkey as well but I'll do that tomorrow. I've had enough excitement for 1 day I think. I wanted these out of the way as I'm becoming quite tempted by the BA offers and better not book anything else till I know we'll be allowed in,lol
