In MK, at the back up where the Barnstormer ride is... there is a little grass area, nice to sit and relax there, quiet area... you can see people relaxing there when you pass on the train

We loved sitting on the grassed area at Magic Kingdom last year and also the people mover!

Sitting on the wall watching the Chinese tumblers in Epcot was a good bit of time out for us. The kids also loved the Epcot Splash pads for a cool off slot

there are some great places to chill in the parks
MK Carousel of Progress - great show air con and dark people mover-people watch epcot the energy ride (what ever its called) 45min sat down have a kip  figment ride (down side the song will be stuck in your head all day) AK any show Disney MGM the movie ride
