Virgin Park Tickets and MDE
We purchased our park tickets via Virgin as part of our package. We’re staying off site and I’ve just noticed that the tickets won’t be available to download until 31 days before our trip. Last time we went, which was a couple of years ago, I’m sure we had the reference much earlier than 31 days. I’m worried that if there are any delays we might miss our first fastpass booking opportunity. I’ve seen some posts saying that you can use your Virgin reference to link your tickets on MDE but I’ve tried and it’s not working - I have a 7 digit no. and MDE requires a minimum of 10 digits.
Those who have managed to link with Virgin reference, could you advise how you did this please? Otherwise, what are the chances of Virgin providing the reference earlier than 31 days? TIA |

Ours is a package with by so slightly different but mde wasn’t recognising the virgin reference, i contacted virgin via their online chat thingy and they were able to give me the Disney ref straight away, so maybe try that
