Mobile Chipped my granite:(

A few might remember I had my kitchen done about 3 years ago. Well this morning I was putting stuff away out of the dishwasher and I reached up into a cupboard to put a bowl in and dropped a bowl on my worktop. The bowl shattered and to be honest that’s all I noticed. I cleared up the smashed bowl and went to work. I’ve just been wiping down the worktops and thought someone had spilt something that had stuck on my granite and realised it’s grazed/chipped the granite 😩.
To be honest I don’t think you would automatically see it as my granite has the cracked mirrors in - but I know it’s there.
Has anyone else ever done this? Is it easy to repair? (I’ve seen the resin kits) is it expensive/is it necessary - by that I mean is it a case of “you need to get it done ASAP because otherwise something will get in and affect the granite? ”
So annoyed at myself and darent tell dh

Nothing happens so no rush. We had a few slight chips on the edge, I got this glue resin pen with a UV light, put some on it and shone the UV light and it hardened. You'd struggle to see it now, but ours is black and chips were v slight.

Is it expensive/hard to do? It’s black granite with like pieces of broken mirror. If someone looked I don’t think they’d see it - but I know it’s there and I can feel it when I run my hands over it and it’s bugging me.

I did something similar and had a small chip in quartz worktop. It probably wouldn’t have been noticed by anyone else but it annoyed me as I knew it was there. Company who fitted it sent a guy to repair the chip, think he charged us about £50 but I’m sure you could buy a Resin type kit and do it cheaper.
