Alamo savetime

Hi all,

I have a booking for this April and need to complete the savetime process with Alamo (booked via Alamo Brits) so I can go straight to the garage.

I have been keeping an eye on prices hoping that they would drop, not yet! but want to know if I go ahead and complete the savetime and print out the paperwork if the prices drops can I amend the booking easily rather than cancelling it, and if I were to amend to take advantage of any price drop would I need to go through the savetime process and print off paperwork again?

Maybe I am being a bit too organised and should wait a few weeks prior to going and then go through the savetime process.

With Brits, amending a booking effectively cancels (full refund) and rebooks the vehicle for you. Back in the day you could amend and the difference would be refunded to you but no longer the case. You'd need to re-complete the online check in again

OP. Andy is spot on. I never do online check in until the week before we go, maybe 10 days at a push.
No need to do it before as you gain nothing.
