Which tickets?

We are going to Orlando for 3 weeks. Staying in a villa.
At least we want to visit Universal and IoA and Vulcano. We also want to visit WDW (6 to 7 days) and Seaworld and Aquatica.
Which ticket combination would be the best choice for us. We go with 4 adults and 4 children (11, 8, 5 and 1)
