Getting thru to Disney
Hi, FYI, got through to pass holder line and got my issues sorted in less than 10 minutes. Ring at 12 noon on the dot, that’s 7am Florida time. Hadn’t received my email to cancel my annual passes but they did it for me there and then and my cancellation confirmation was pinged thru as I was on the phone. Have to wait till September for refund but at least I know it’s happening
