Hi there,

My boyfriend is *not so subtly* hinting at getting engaged outside of Cinderella castle, and we just have a few questions about it.

Do you need to tell the photopass people that you're about to propose?
Is there any rules around engagement in the parks?
Do any of you have any tips/experience you can share?

"We" have a few questions?
There's no rules as far as I know, I saw a proposal outside the castle last year and it was lovely. Everyone was clapping and cheering and photopass people were drawn to it.
Unfortunately she said no.

Ha ha! Disney love magical moments, there were loads of people there, it was just after festival of fantasy. Suppose it depends if you want public attention or a private moment I guess.

I guess Im not too sure... Ideally it'd be private and intimate however I'd love to be able to capture the whole thing professionally with amazing photos and without worrying Ive put a camera in the wrong place and miss it all!

yes there are LOOOADS of guys coming in here and looking for ideas for the perfect proposal.

there are the high ball planned Disney experiences - Wishes Cruise under the fireworks in the water.

But it needs to suit your/her personality.

the one I linked to in previous post was good - but there are loads in here - used the search box and search for Engagement or Proposal and you get some killer ideas
