Excited about Disney
|
So with just over 2 weeks to go the packing has begun – I went up in the loft last week to find we were two suitcases down! I seem to remember them getting damaged on our way back from a trip last year – DH says we lent them to someone! Either way – I ordered two new ones which have now arrived and are sat in the hallway waiting to be filled!
It’s always exciting when this drops through the letterbox… along with a delivery of new ears for the girls! And I have fiddled about with fastpasses A LOT! I decided a couple of days ago to enquire about the price of 21 day tickets. I had originally brought 14 day ones as after this we head off on a cruise for 5 days followed by 1 more night on Disney property before our flight the next day and for the sake of one evening, two possible half days I didn’t think the price difference would be worth it! More fool me for not checking! I upgraded this week for a grand total of £24! So now we can head to HS after docking back and see Jingle Bell, Jingle Bam. This was a highlight of our 2016 trip so I'm excited to get the opportunity to repeat it! The kids still think we are going the week after we actually do and as we are staying at home rather than at the airport the night before, I won’t reveal it until I wake them on the Sunday morning. We usually always stay at the airport, so I am getting a bit anxious about this however we plan to leave 7.30 on a Sunday morning for a 1pm flight. It should take us about an hour so should have plenty of time. Now it’s just a case of packing it all up and finalising the last plans about whose having the rabbit, feeding the fish and how to have my Disney nails! |
