Doing my Son's DAS today

Currently in the queue.

43 minutes and counting. It does say they are experiencing especially high wait times but don't know if it always says that.

Don't know why but I'm quite nervous about it all - just want it done and sorted so it's off my mind.

I know it can take a long time but I think I will be a nervous wreck if it's hours and hours.

How long have people waited?

I did my sons yesterday. It took about 20 minutes to speak to a CM on video chat and 5 mins after that we were through to the chat to fill in the forms to say which rides we would like. We got 2 of the 3 choices on all but one day. On that day (EPCOT) we were given a list of the rides that were available to book so it was easy.

From start to finish was about 1.5 hours (including hold time).

Update:

About 30 seconds after I posted this a message popped up from Earl.

We lost connection a few times but he was super friendly and in all I was on the video chat with him less than 2 mins - as soon as I said Autism and global development delay he said “say no more I will sort you out a pass straight away”

Then straight through to live chat to sort out advance selections. She would only let me book 5 days as I’m only 24 days out but no matter I can go back in a few days. No slinky or Peter Pan or test track but I got smugglers run, toy story and jungle cruise so I am happy and will try for the others later.

Super easy in the end and took about 2 hrs start to finish

Hi - sorry to jump on this thread but it seems the best one to ask maybe - aside from the fact that I am having massive trouble with Tunnel Bear connecting to the US and now I've missed the 12noon jump on by far - When I have connected, I cannot for the life of me find where to request live chat. Watched some videos to see how but when i follow them, I request the live chat and it opens up a website for Disney+ and then there is no option to request live chat there... would any of you mind helping me find where it is that I actually need to go to get a live chat out of Disney please? Close to tears with frustration here...

I used a link someone posted on here on another thread. Request video link was at the bottom.

The thread was DAS online registration and the link is in post 11.

Thanks, I've tried that but am still getting the same pop up to what seems to be a Disney plus website with no option to chat from there..

That link didn’t work for me either. Here’s how I did it.

Go to the US Disney website. Disney world. Disney. Go. Com (all lower case and no spaces)

Click on the 3 little horizontal lines in the top left corner and log in to your MDE. Then click on the 3 lines again and select help from the drop down options. When you click that it brings up another drop down box. Click on guests with disabilities and it will take you to the DAS page. Scroll down and there’s an option to pre-register which takes you to the live chat option.

Hope that helps. This was on my iPhone.
