Can you pick up a car from ISM without getting off a plane there?

Prices are much better than MCO and TPA.

I can't see why not, but do checkout other locations, I've booked with Hertz for there Kissimmee located office near Disney.

It must be a tiny location as I am sure it just an executive airport. It isn't near any of the main resort areas either. I would definitely look at what other locations are available as reccomended above.
