for myself and DW we have $900 other party have $1000 Is this enough for the week? I'm in 2 minds as to if it is or isn't Plans Sunday - relax day, mini golf and outlets for a couple of items Monday - seaworld tuesday - clearwater Wednesday - airboat tour, gaterland, relaxing and disney springs for dinner (going to RainForest Cafe, know this will be our most expensive dinner) Thursday - kennedy Friday - Animal Kingdom

Have you got Park Tickets already sorted ? As a family of 3 we budget on around $150 a day so your not going to be that far off 👍🏻

Yep, everything is either paid for or in another pot if we need to pay for it (such as resort fees)
Figure we'll be ok. I think where it's so close now I'm getting a little nervous, excited and jittery

You'll be fine then, food is cheap unless you plan on only doing fine dining (and USA fine dining is no different to anywhere else, where as fast food and chain family restaurants are very different)
Just remember parking charges at parks are a big chunk of change at $20-$25 a day depending on which park |

Sounds like you will have plenty of funds especially if your major costs such as park tickets are already accounted for
Have a great time!
