*probably TMI!* Trouser turbulence! Who gets very windy when flying?
We flew to Italy a couple of days ago and within 20 minutes of taking off I am super windy. It happens every time I fly. I feel the bubbling and gurgling, then the cramps start, and that’s it! I’m like an unfastened balloon that’s let go! 🤣
Holding it in is not an option. Luckily I sit in between my family. It’s also just like trapped air so no unpleasant whiffs. It’s just so embarrassing though. It’s every flight I take. I’m the only one out of the 4 of us that suffers with it. Anyone here have the same problem? Edited at 10:58 AM. |

I drink Ginger ale to stop the problem before it can start.
I only eat a light meal the day before flying, no curries or beans etc. 😋

Didn't mean to cause offence. Just thought the detail was a bit much.
Sorry.

My poor wife lives with me, 2 DSs and a male dog.
She would agree with you.

There was a thread recently about no beans on the premier inn breakfast buffet! I was thinking that was for a good reason!
If you have to let rip just do it! The plane noise normally blocks out any noises! (Apparently, I wouldn’t know myself)😇

Sorry but this did make me laugh 😂😂. I can't say I've experienced that but if I'm anywhere near due for my time of the month it will come on as soon as we land.
Is it straight away or could it be plane food? Maybe try taking rennies before you fly and avoid fizzy drinks. |
