Transfer LAX to Anaheim
We haven't been to Anaheim since 2016 and previously we've always got a taxi from the airport. I'm unsure this time of the best way to get to our hotel - JW Marriott Anaheim as it'll be me and my son.
I've had a quote from midwilshuttle for $110 one way. Does this seem reasonable? Are there any other firms who you would recommend or is it better to get an uber? Thanks for any help. |

Yes thats about right. Im just back from LA / Anaheim and I used Midwilshuttle for 2 journeys, Downtown LA to Anaheim and Anaheim to LAX.
Both times I got a WhatsApp message to say the car was on the way. I had the same driver for both journeys, a lovely woman I can't remember her name. She turned up exactly on time both times. I paid at the destinations with a card. This was my second trip using Midwilshuttle, I previously used them in January 2022 |

I wouldnt recommend an Uber or Lyft to or from LAX. They cant collect you from the terminal but some way off plus with surge pricing the cost can easily double
I use (and have recommended successfully) affordabletowncarcompany/ I have used them for over 10 years several times a year and never let me down. Great service from knowledgable drivers and a small private company that rely on repeat customers - comfortable cars with free drinks, snacks and Wi-Fi. They can either meet you at usage carousel or directly outside the terminal - can can pay in advance or in the car (card or cash or paypal) I recommend getting a quote that may beat the one you have already for a superior service |

Be aware of surge pricing when using Uber. We flew in from Hawaii arriving at about 09.30pm and the quote was $60 when we were taxiing in. When our luggage finally arrived 90 minutes later it had gone up to $115 IIRC.
