If you book flight + car through Virgin Atlantic rather than Holidays, it automatically includes the fully insured rate, but it classed as a holiday supplied by Virgin Holidays, and when I was potentially looking it was cheaper than the VH flydrive.

Just did a dummy booking from Manchester to Orlando for your dates, Economy Classic (£80 less for light,) and an Intermediate car.
