Definitely Anne Frank house, and the canal trip , the red light area is an eye opener , but don't have your camera out

anne frank house, the tickets go on sale 2 months before, and some on the morning. I found this out too late when I went to book.

If you like beer then there is a brewery in a windmill a short walk from central station.

we just had a wander round.

Lunch or Dinner, try ‘LOETJE’. They have 6 restaurants in Amsterdam.
They have, by far, the best steak (tournedos) in the city. Look for this:

Biefstuk Ossenhaas
met de échte Loetje jus!

You will get it with two slices of white bread but dont’t forget to order fries with it.

Not a place to eat, but if you haven't seen body worlds elsewhere, I highly recommend a visit to the happiness Project.

We went on an organised bike tour to a cheese making place and clog place. It was *VERY* Dutch and really entertaining! Also the sex museum, obviously!
