Full size suv space
Looking to hear some people’s experiences of the Full Size SUV for luggage space. Recently saw a review of Chevy Tahoe in which showed the boot to be lacking luggage space without dropping the back row down.
Going next year family of 5 and think it would struggle to cope the luggage we will have with us. Thanks I’m advance |

Provided the SUV has 3 rows of seats, you should be fine. We've had 5 adults, 10 full sized suitcases and assorted carry-on backpacks in an Expedition without problem. The Tahoe has around 50 cu ft of space with the third row folded down.

We only had a Ford Explorer last time and it fit 4 cases plus two hand luggage and couple of ruck sacks. Family of 4. I expect you will be fine for the airport journeys by dropping the rear seats. |

Have a look in this thread too as you'll get an idea with real photos/experiences.
https://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/sho...107406&page=53 We've done 5 with a full-size SUV and as long as the rear seats are down (to/from airport) then no problems at all

If you are booking with Alamo and can choose your vehicle then you should be fine. We had a Tahoe last year that had two cabin seats in the middle row so avoid hire companies where you are allocated a vehicle.
