We had this exact dilemma last year. As we were only intending to do Seaworld/Aquatica/Busch parks on this trip I was tempted by the partner benefits of the Doubletree. In the end we stayed at the Rosen Pointe and it was definitely the right decision for us due to the location. It was so much more convenient for restaurants and shops, the CVS next door was a godsend on a couple of occasions!

We walked to Seaworld via the back gate.

Rosen is really central and although we got moved their by Virgin as our other accommodation was a dump, it was really clean and I enjoyed it (couple of times we got woke up by sirens but that wasn't too big an issue).

Id happily stay at both again.
Just out of curiosity which place did you get moved from?

Thank you. I was worried it was a place on my list but it wasn't.

I think I’m edging more towards the same to be honest. We had already budgeted for the fast passes (or whatever they’re called at SeaWorld/Busch) so being closer to restaurants/shops is definitely a priority.
