Excursions Company Recommendations? St. Augustine and others

My FIL with my wife wants to do an excursion to some where like St. Augustine, or another cultural location.

I'm going to stay behind (with the car!) for a Daddy and Daughter day in Disney! Well that's the plan anyway.

I see there are some excursion companies in Orlando. Does anybody have any recommendations on which to use or any good excursion ideas? FIL is not the beach type, but like historical. The only other place I have considered is Kennedy Space Centre, but I think that might be more expensive and more involved than they want.

Floridatix and Attractiontix offer day excursions including St Augustine from Orlando. And I've just discovered today that Travel Republic do also.

I'm hoping to do a day trip to Miami with Everglades airboat ride included

But I shall be following this thread with great interest.
