Parking at a Disney hotel for meals and beyond
If I have a booking for breakfast e.g. Boardwalk or Contemporary can I park there for free?
Can I leave my car there after the meal to go to a park and collect it later? |

You can park there for free for up to 3 hours. The security guard may check your ADR on his list. If you wish to stay longer you should pay for valet parking ($25). Of all the resorts Boardwalk has the tightest parking and there are times when you may be refused even if you have a dinner booking.

Thank you. Maybe cheaper to UBER that day than pay a parking fee?

Ah, yes, get the bus, although Uber will likely be less than $15 as well. You can do a fare calculation on the Uber website.

How long would it take to walk from the main entrance to Epcot where the bus drops off to beach club or boardwalk?

The walk through epcot to the beach club will take about 20 minutes, another 5 at the most to the boardwalk.
You could drive to the bc or bw and have breakfast then drive round to the Epcot parking lot for the day (no cost if staying on site). We stay on site and use our car to travel to all parks except magic kingdom. If going to the contemporary use the bus, then either 5 minute walk or monorail there as not worth driving as when you move your car you have to get a boat from the parking lot at mk. Takes ages. |

Why don't you drive to MK?

It takes for for ever. Tram from car to ferry/monorail then that journey. Way quicker on resort buses.
