Breakfast at Radisson MAN Airport

Having read some dubious reports about the food and service in the Radisson Blu restaurant, we have decided to have a M&S room picnic the night before our flight. However, we usually have breakfast in the Radisson before braving the queues at check in and securitry.
Has anyone had breakfast there recently? What was the cost and what were your views? Thanks.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu on 8th April.

Check in was a shambles. We arrived at 4 and our rooms weren't ready. Check in agent apologised and said it was due to housekeeping staff shortages. Very apologetic and comped us drinks and snacks in the bar until she came to collect us at 5.

We ate in the dining room as we knew we would be getting up at the crack of dawn. Both food and service were very good.

Would really have liked to have breakfast there as it's normally such a good start to travel day but anxieties over the check in/security queues had us heading in to Terminal 2 early instead.

We stayed at the Raddison last night and ate in the restaurant. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Service a little slow. Wouldn't hesitate to eat there again. Didn't have breakfast so can't help there

We also stayed there on 11th April. Luckily we had no issues with check in. The room was ready it was beautiful and had the most magical view! We didn’t eat there though - I did take a phot of the in room dining but we decided against it as it was pricey. We didn’t eat breakfast as we had to be to the airport for 5:45 so it was too early to eat it. I’d say most Florida flights leave too early for the breakfast but I might be wrong!

We are staying overnight and eating in the Little M bar as they are doing food again. Not having breakfast there as I want to get through security as early as possible

We also stayed there late March usually stay at Clayton’s but got a good price. Room was lovely had a drink or so in bar but took a taxi to the romper pub and food was wonderful ! We didn’t have breakfast as were worried about getting through security which was awful but at least we got the lounge free with tui premium.
Enjoy whatever you choose to do.However give yourself plenty of time for security!

We have paid £25 for two breakfasts in November this year- I have read on Trip Advisor that it is still the same set-up as it was pre-pandemic, if that is the case then it’s lovely, you get a hot and cold buffet, cereals, pastries etc as well as Mimosas and Bloody Marys. The only downside is that it no longer starts at 5am, it is now 6am, our flight is at 11am so were going to go there with our bags as soon as it opens and go straight to check-in after

We stayed in March. Room wasn’t ready on arrival but we were early, before check in time so had a drink in the bar. Reception lady came to tell us our room was ready. We were going to eat in the bar that night but found it didn’t serve food in the evening on that day. Didn't fancy the restaurant so had room service which came quickly. Checking out in the morning found they had comped our room service which was lovely. Never had a problem there but some people seem to have

If it’s the same a pre pandemic it’s a huge buffet. Pretty much every option you can think of. Very good if you can eat a huge amount, expensive if not.
