Avis Lake Buena Vista
We're booked to pick up our car from the Hilton in Lake Buena Vista mid-way through our trip.
Has anyone had any experience of picking up at this location? Will they have a choice of cars or just delivered there for orders? Also any experience of how long it took to get in and out as we're picking it up first thing in the day and want to get to the parks for a reasonable time! Many thanks!

Anywhere offsite will have very limited cars, you will be allocated one (hopefully in the category you selected but you could be upgraded or downgraded) a lot of the counters at these offsite locations aren’t covered all day so you could get there and find no one there but there should be a phone to use and someone will eventually arrive. If you don’t like the car you’d given you could always just take it and drive to MCO and change over there

We're doing the same, dropping one off at the beginning of our trip then picking another one up later.

A few years back I had a cause to visit this location as I had an issue with the car we had. The staff were great but they had very limited inventory. Looking at maps I can see they only have about 20 spaces for cars so don't expect than a dozen cars.

Is the Avis at Lake Buena Vista another name for the one at Disney Springs?

The Avis at Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is classed as the Avis "Disney Springs" location. So not physically on Disney Springs property but in the vicinity.
I am renting a car from there in August and it seems like a good central place to pick up from and then allowing to drop back to Universal a few weeks later. |

Thanks for clarifying. I was told that I would pick the car up from Avis at Disney Springs.
Given its not at Disney Springs is it walkable from the bus stop?
