We've also got our flights booked ... BA from LGW to BCN on the Saturday morning. The flight time has just changed to about 30 mins earlier too so we'll be the tired looking ones in the terminal!

I must get cracking with ours! You won't need an early morning text then! Lol

Just booked the last flight we needed NYC to MCO using Delta airlines.

Used a lot of airmiles but they were just sat there doing nothing.

Per person:-
MAN~BCN Monarch £88.99 incl luggge
NYC~MCO Delta £3.73 +12,500 miles (luggage still to pay at £16.66)
MCO~MAN VA Upper class £270 + 50,000 miles

Need to start on hotels soon, need 2 nts Barca, 4 nts NYC & 6 nts Orlando.

That's a good price to Barcelona, I'm booking in the new year. Hope there are seats left :-)

Wow you are good! I'm waiting for the Jet Blue prices to open up for the flight from LGA-MCO, although I have been a bit tempted by the Delta flights with a 2+3 configuration in economy comfort.

I've booked Vueling from MAN to BCN (never used them before) which was £84.66 pp including luggage and extra legroom.

Your VA Upper is the jewel though

I was waiting for JetBlue to release but thought I might as well use the airmiles.

My head is all over at the moment, trying to get thru Xmas in the shop is a nightmare plus going to Dublin for New year, book hotels for the Deep South in March & plan the cruise trip. I need a holiday!

Vueling (pronounced Bwelling apparently) are great, we flew with them in Sept this year when BA cancelled our flights to BCN!
They are Spanish low cost airline that are partnered by BA.

That's great information - and I've really struggled because I suspected it might not rhyme with 'fuelling'

LOL you obviously do! But I am assuming that the nightmare getting through Xmas at the shop is what helps to pay for the trips so sure you'll keep smiling

We have a trip to Disney's Hilton Head and a Caribbean cruise (Regal Princess) in my Florida trip next month so I have plenty of opportunity to recover from my very own 'busy' season feeding umpteen folk over the next few weeks

Think using points for the loyalty schemes is a good idea because you never know when they will change (ie, devalue as in the case of BA earlier in the year).
