It does change at times but if you go to the park hours on here for Paris it will tell you for your specific dates what time each attraction opens.

From October it will be about half of fantasyland including Princess pavilion, Dumbo, Peter Pan, tea cups. In the studios it will be Ratatouille, Crush and Rock n rollercoaster.

Take a look on the DLP hours page and click the park logo and then the wand. This will show you the attraction times so you can see what opens early.

i was vexed as when i went last december magic hours were 9am-10am - was far too many people at that time.

Plus people were jumping over the barriers just before you got to the turnstyles.
