Can I change a rental car if not happy?

Problem right now is total lack of inventory over all the hire companies they are still buying up second hand cars to stock the fleets as they just can’t get new cars 12 seaters etc and they don’t foresee the situation easing till at least 2023

Thanks for the advice as usual guys. In the end I emailed alamoorlandofl@alamo.com and explained the issue.

After a few emails, they have just dropped off a replacement car at our room in Orange Lake Resort 👍
