Paid to move from Caribbean Beach?
Ok, after todays developments Im now even angrier that they have taken £588 of me and now they are offering the same move for free.
Ive emailed them to see what they say and I will phone in the morning too. If anyone successfully gets their money back, please post in here. Also, Im still showing CBR in MDE, has everyone else updated yet? Thanks Andy |

What are today's developments? We were previously booked at cbr and paid to switch to ssr. It took nearly a week for mde to update

Today's developments are that some people have got free moves to POFQ and POR or $75 per night room credit. Looks like Disney are starting to move on this and take their unhappy customers seriously.

As of this afternoon, some people seem to be being offered moves to Riverside or French Quarter at no extra cost, or $75 credit per night of your stay. |

Thanks for the update-I've just seen the other thread
 But obviously not read it all  When I asked about a move I was quoted a silly amount to move to ak or pay to move to por/pofq I don't remember the cost-I simply said no as I didn't want to pay extra for another moderate.. |

We have been moved to POFQ for free today after quite a battle spanning a few days. Initially it showed CBR on MDE with a note under room type as POFQ but now it has changed completely.

I moved to POF yesterday and paid £300. I will be ringing tomorrow to get that refunded as it is unfair that some get it for free and others pay. My MDE hasnt updates yet, I was told it would take up to 72 hours to update.

Those that have been offered to move... are they booked with a TA or direct with Disney? We had to downgrade, got some money back but still had to pay fees. Will be really annoyed if we would have just been moved x
