What's your top 3 priorities when choosing a villa

Great t o read all your replies.
I know my daughter's 1st is location after staying at Emerald island last year, so I think this will not change.
I do like a nice size area outside, fairly private lake view would be great.
DD not worried about pool direction facing, I would rather more Sun.
DD not worried about decor, I like light, modern, clean,spacious, (we did have 7 bed villa last time)
Large beds,
It was easier last time choosing a 7 bed villa.

Location (Within 1/2 Mile of Emerald Island) - Ideally I'd be closer to Universal, but they don't have rentals up that way.

I'm not too worried about 'TV's, Furnishing, Decor', there's only the two of us and we don't intend to spend much time in the villa.

Big, clean, modern
Nice pool, nice kitchen, big bedrooms with walk in showers, nice scenery like a lake maybe.
Not bothered about distance as long as we can get around to everything within 30mins.
More than 3 but I am fussy

My 3 are:-

1 - 3 x king/queen bedrooms (with at least double beds) not twins
2 - bathrooms - require at least 3
3 - wifi (my kids can't cope without this & its the first thing they ask!)

The above is for a family of 4! Its just not worth all the bickering over who gets the big bed always end up with a 4 or 5 bedroom villa because of this.
