Just looked at some prices to replace Disney if needed.

Disney = 3300
Budget hotel =350
Cabana Bay suite = 900
RPR = £1500

Feeling better all the time. With that money we could probably do some different day trips and it'll cover food too.

At least with Disney’s system you will know days beforehand whether you have got access to a park or not. Whereas with Universal’s system you’ll only know once you’ve arrived at the park entrance (or looking at Twitter on the day).
I don't take any notice of Disney Food Blog as they have a reputation for getting things wrong. People often point out their errors to them on their FB page.

How about AllEars.net?
allears/2020/05/28/news-...vation-system/

Or this random person on Twitter:
twitter/carlyewisel/stat...22129353912321

There are a few places where it’s mentioned, as if Disney had stated it at some point. Admittedly, it could all be rumour and speculation. Or maybe Disney did state it at some point but then changed their mind or the phrasing?

Positive people what are you thinking of the quarantine on return situation? We return with only 7 days before due back in work. Do you think it will be gone by end of August?

In my opinion it will last 6 weeks until 20th July. But that’s literally my guess!

I think it will last precisely three weeks in its current form - there is growing opposition to it inside the cabinet and talks that boris didn’t really want it either - very much a Priti Patel project this one - their will be air bridges set up and I can see a us and uk one being set up ASAP

My husband has already talked to work. He'll take unpaid of necessary.
I'm a teacher. We're back on the 28th. I believe school starts on the 1st. Usually 2 days inset. I'll miss 6 days of teaching :/ but will schools even be back properly?

Still think the bigger issue is the borders opening. I don't think the quarantine will last till August. But that's just my opinion.

We’re both teachers too. It’s so difficult.

I honestly can't see the 2 week UK quarantine lasting past mid July. It's silly and everyone knows it.

Got our ESTAs yesterday, approved straight away 😁

I agree particularly since Matt Hancock said a couple of days ago that he hasn't ruled out holidays abroad in July.
