Not really.

We have been for Xmas a couple of times now and the same offers were pretty much on both before and after the holidays.

Plenty of sales signs go up but (Gap was a great example) prices dont seem to change that much. In fact a top I had my eye on in JC Penney (quite expensive, so I thought I would wait till the sales) actually went UP in price!

After talking to some locals they all agreed that the Thanksgiving Sales were the best and more like our January sales. The after Christmas reductions are more clearance sales.

I was there late Jan this year & didn't see much reductions in Premium Outlet although have to say prices were very good anyway Macys had 20% off selected clothing and DD got a good reduction on a Juicy Couture bag but that's about the main reductions I saw. Lots of bargains at LBV Mall e.g. converse.

Whatever time of year we go, i always seem to find deals such as buy one, get 50% off the second, 3 for 2, or vouchers with % off prices. These just appear without any warning and end the same, so buy when you see a good offer, don't plan to go back because it will have ended!
