Just received email from Virgin and our flight on the 11th July is now cancelled. No mention of how to get a refund or how to contact them about this.

I'm still trying to work out the flights for October this year 🤔. According to the app my flight is still a 747.
Probably won't be going anyway 😭

Well according to the reply to my tweet they’re flying from Glasgow from the 2nd January. Of course that wasn’t my question. I wanted to know what days. Is it some sorted of automated reply system?

Wouldn’t surprise me. Their mobile number sent out in the Keep My Tickets open is the same.

Virgin moved mine to open ticket automatically - no thanks, started text for refund.

So according to the reply to my tweet Virgin are flying on Saturdays from Glasgow from the 2nd January. You can book direct flights on Saturdays in January and February but they disappear into March and April.

Yeah theres a lot of Not offered or Not Available

What dates are you looking for?

Schools in our area break off on the 26th March for Easter so we are out on the 27th and back 9th April

No but when you do a dummy booking for January they show up Saturday to Saturday. It’s later in the year that they seem to stop.
