The expiration date being further out is irrelevant, as it was for the old order which is being replaced on Monday. So even though it hasn't technically expired, it will no longer be valid for travel. It was only meant for citizens and eligible visa holders to use.

The new form has a six month validity period before it is due for review. This is the new order.

The US Government are putting the onus onto the airline to ensure all passengers have the correct forms and negative results etc. If Virgin accept the incorrect one from passengers then they are liable to be fined. I would hope they will give out the correct ones when you get to the airport but I'd definitely print the new one just in case.

DH and I tested negative with Breathe Assured this afternoon, very relieved and excited!
The process was very straightforward, easy to log on to Teams via the link they sent, and the nurse was great. She talked us through the whole process, chatted until our results were ready, issued the certificates by email and stayed online until we had checked all the details on them were correct. I would definitely recommend them.

The May 2023 one was the citizens form, probably got from the airlines or the previous order page.

Ok I’m reading the new one but Section 2 is giving me a headache. Are you done when you sign number 1. It doesn’t say go to Number 4, but 3 & 4 seem to contradict each over. It’s quite possible I’m being incredibly thick but can anyone explain it to me in plain English. Please.
