Names on flight details

I should know this but I’m not sure so checking here. Our surname is double barrelled but our flights (booked over phone) have the two names as one long name with no hyphen. Do I need to call them and get them changed?

No, you will be fine. Granddaughters name is hyphened and always appears as one long name.

Same as our Granddaughter and her E Ticket was issued a few weeks ago by VA with one long name and even including Miss within it.

The VA ticketing team had to do it as I had gifted her a downgrade voucher I had so I knew it was right as they took the details off the E Mail request I sent in.

Plus previous times I have done it as an online booking and even though I put in a hyphen it dispenses with it.

A different experience...
DD's Christian name is hyphened and her tickets showed it without the hyphen (two names) We were told by the travel company it would be fine. It wasn't. At Gatwick, she had to pay £30 to get it changed before they let her through. It's about matching the passport.

We booked virgin

We had a slight discrepany on my wife's name. Without even feeling it was an issue it was sorted fast and with a smile
