HELP Alberberquerque vegas etc HELP

We are a party of 6 adults hoping to get a trip together for next xmas.
we plan to fly to Alberberquerque on Boxing day and stay a couple of days (family) then we want to fit in as much as possible Las Vegas Grand Canyon California and more
we would like to be in Vegas NYE to celebrate my daughters birthday, and end up in Calafornia Theme Parks.
We have a while to plan but know to get the best prices we will have to book early.
We need help with Hotels/Flights/Car Hire and entrance Tickets ?
We did a similar trip last Xmas from N.Y. to Orlando and it took all year to plan, but was the best holiday ever!
We flew out from LHR on Boxing day to NY and had 2 nights in times square/we then had a hire car to Baltimore and saw the White House Washington then to Summerville and onto Orlando.
The Drive was around 1700 miles and was a breeze with the planned stops.
NY was amazing after the snow the day before and we crammed in as much as we could The Rockettes show at Radio City Music Hall was AMAZING.
any help with this would be appreciated very much.
