3rd Time's The Charm - Pre-Trippie 3 - Plans & Goals

We've been talking about things we want to do during this holiday, so thought I'd take this opportunity to write them down, it'll be interesting to see how many we actually achieve (apologies to fellow DIBBer who has just posted her Boot Camp trippie, since I've blatently stolen this idea ! ).

I've already posted our itinerary - this one is more specific to rides we haven't done before, experiences we've loved before and food we must consume !

I'm sure to keep adding over the next 3 months (PS 92 days currently on countdown) so please bear with me.

• KSC - There is currently a shuttle launch scheduled for the day after we arrive - we would love to see this (experience rocket launch in 2006)
  
• Old Town - would like to see one of the car cruises
  
• IHOP - we both love this restaurant, so we plan to have breakfast, lunch & dinner here - although I must stress, not on the same day ! OH wants to eat steak for breakfast !
  
• Steaks - OH wants to eat a large steak - minimum 24oz
  
• Fireworks - I need to see Fantasmic

New rides (opened since our last visit in 2007):
Simpsons
Manta
Anything open in Harry Potter Land, if we're lucky
Toy Story Mania

Old rides (ones we haven't done before):
Tower of Terror
Hulk
Jurassic Park

Wow - I'm currently being brain dead - will try to think of more and add them later - any advice always appreciated.

Now, Tower Of Terror, a ride to surpass all other rides.
I could ride this ride all day everyday and never get bored of it

Can't recommend Toy Story mania enough. If you can get there for the rope drop straight there, get fast passes and then go on. Its still hugely popular but well worth it.
